Shipping
Rover Playback ships worldwide from the Netherlands. All products are carefully packed and inspected before shipment to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout and may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and product configuration.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Times
Standard in-stock products are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom-built systems, made-to-order products, custom panels, and personalized configurations may require additional production time depending on complexity and availability. Estimated lead times will be communicated during or after purchase where applicable.
Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a standard product, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging and accessories
- Show no signs of installation, modification, or damage
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our work, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom rack panels
- Custom-built playback systems
- Personalized or made-to-order products
- Custom wiring and integration solutions
- Show programming, technical editing, or design services
- Any product modified or configured specifically for a client or production
These items are produced specifically for each order and therefore cannot be restocked or resold.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
